摘 要:本文对单级压缩热泵和复叠式热泵在空气源热泵热水机系统上进行分析,通过实际样机搭建与测试,对比不同出水温度下单级压缩和复叠式热泵系统的各项测试变化规律和差异,研究复叠式热泵系统全年制热量不衰减的可行性。结果表明,相对于单级压缩热泵系统,复叠式热泵系统可大幅度拓宽制热范围,在环境温度-30℃可制取85℃热水,单级压缩热泵和复叠式热泵在高水温的最优能效切换点处于(10~20)℃环境温度区间附近,环境温度-20℃制热量不衰减,-30℃制热量为20℃工况的(89.5~94.8)%,可为复叠式空气源热泵热水机的制热不衰减设计和可靠应用提供参考。In this paper,the single-stage compression heat pump and the cascade heat pump are analyzed on the air source heat pump water heater system.Through the actual prototype construction and testing,it compares the test changes and differences between single-stage compression heat pump and cascade heat pump system at different outlet temperatures,and studies the feasibility of cascade heat pump system’s annual heating capacity without attenuation.The results show that compared with single-stage compression heat pump system,cascade heat pump system can greatly broaden the heating range,and can produce 85℃hot water at the ambient temperature of-30℃.The optimal energy efficiency switching point of single-stage compression heat pump and cascade heat pump at high water temperature is near the ambient temperature range of(10~20)℃.The heating capacity does not attenuate at ambient temperature of-20℃,and about(89.5~94.8)%at ambient temperature-30℃than 20℃.This paper can provide a reference for the heating non-attenuation design and reliable application of the cascading air source heat pump water heater.
