摘 要:空调控制器采用大容量电解电容进行储能滤波,同时也受到其高成本、大体积和低寿命的制约,限制空调控制器小型化和系统可靠性。近年来提出无电解电容的永磁同步电机控制方案,输入侧和负载侧功率耦合影响系统稳定性。本文重点分析了无电解电容方案对系统稳定性的影响,通过增加虚拟电阻来等效阻尼功率进而降低LC电路谐振对系统稳定性的影响。采用过调制控制算法提高母线电压利用率。最后通过实验证明增加系统阻尼功率可以降低母线电压波动,提高系统稳定性。The air-conditioning controller uses a large electrolytic capacitor for energy storage and filtering,and be subject to the constraints of its high cost,large volume and low life,limiting the miniaturization of the air conditioning controller and system reliability.In recent years,the permanent magnet synchronous motor control scheme without electrolytic capacitors has been proposed,and the power coupling between the input side and the load side affects system stability.This article focuses on the effect of the without electrolytic capacitor scheme on the stability of the system,and reduces the effects of LC circuit resonance on the system stability by adding a virtual resistor to equal the damping power.The overmodulation control algorithm is used to improve the bus voltage utilization.Finally,it is proved that increasing the damping power of the system can reduce the voltage fluctuation of the bus bar and improve the stability of the system.
