摘 要:PTC型启动器(PTCR)大量使用在冰箱中,连接在压缩机的S端子和M端子之间,在受到异常高电压冲击时会产生局部高温,可能导致芯片被击穿、炸裂。此外,PTC芯片炸裂后有可能出现电路短路,造成火灾危险。本文针对PTC型启动器这一安全隐患,提供了一种有效的高电压下质量测试方法,并对部分PTC型启动器进行了检测。数据表明,PTC型启动器经受并通过了高电压测试有助于降低安全风险。PTC starting relays are widely used in refrigerators and are connected between the terminal S and M of the compressor.When subjected to abnormally high voltage shocks,local high temperature will be generated and which ultimately leads to the breakdown and burst of the PTC chip.Except for that,the breakdown and burst of the PTC chip may lead to short circuited and cause a fire hazard.This article provides an effective quality testing method under high voltage and actual testing has been performed on PTC starting relays,the testing results show that the PTC starting relays withstand and pass the high voltage tests,which will help to reduce the safety risk.
