摘 要:电加热管是热水器的核心部件。长期服役于复杂的冷热循环环境中,承受水质、高温、水压等影响,各种腐蚀介质和腐蚀促进条件一应俱全。目前结垢、腐蚀是影响电加热管可靠性的主要原因,困扰行业多年。本文通过显微分析手段,对加速结垢试验中失效的800Mo和840Mo两种材质的电加热管进行失效原因分析。结果显示:两种材质的电加热管的管体均为直缝焊管。两种材质的管体的晶粒组织均因焊接有显著长大,且发现有脆性相生成。失效的加热管管体均出现了应力腐蚀裂纹,粗大的应力腐蚀裂纹贯穿了管体,造成了电加热管的失效。Electric heating tube is the core component in water heater.Long term service in the complex cold and heat cycle environment,bearing the influence of water quality,high temperature and water pressure,etc.,various corrosive media and promotion conditions are available.At present,scaling and corrosion are the main reasons affecting the reliability of electric heating tubes,which have plagued the industry for many years.By means of metallographic microscopic analysis,this paper analyzes the 800Mo and 840Mo heating tubes that fail quickly in the accelerated scaling test,and finds out the failure causes.The analysis results show that the grain structure of the pipe body is coarse and brittle phase is generated,the pipe body has stress corrosion cracks,and the corrosion resistance of 800Mo material is better than 840Mo material.
