摘　　要：胆道的解剖结构复杂、空间位置深在、其内部和周围各种脉管交织,因而胆道外科手术在消化外科手术中仍最具有挑战性。术中超声可在术中实时对胆道良恶性病变以及胆管变异精准定位并引导手术操作,但术中超声在胆道外科临床应用中仍存在许多不规范之处,影响推广和普及。本共识对近年来术中超声在胆道外科中的应用做了详尽的总结,并提出相应的推荐意见,旨在规范术中超声在胆道外科中的应用。Biliary tract surgery is still the most challenging in digestive surgery due to its complex anatomical structure,deep spatial location,and various interwoven vessels within and around the biliary tract.Intraoperative ultrasound can accurately locate the benign and malignant lesions of the biliary tract as well as bile duct variation and guide the operation in real time.However,there are still many irregularities in the clinical application of intraoperative ultrasound in biliary surgery,which affect the promotion and popularization.This consensus makes a detailed summary of the application of intraoperative ultrasound in biliary surgery in recent years,and puts forward corresponding recommendations,in order to standardize the application of intraoperative ultrasound in biliary surgery.
