摘　　要：作为中国纪录片的重要组成部分,云南美食类纪录片以异质化的地域风情、纪实化的视听文本、生态化的美学追求,书写着多样的云南美食故事。借助生态美学、文艺美学、戏剧影视学相关理论,从诗意栖居、生物多样、真实影像表达与回归自然四个维度对云南美食类纪录片进行文本解读,可以明晰云南饮食文化影像化表达背后所蕴藏的生态思想及美学意义。As an important part of Chinese documentaries,Yunnan food documentaries have recorded various Yunnan food stories with exotic regional customs,realistic audio/visual texts,and ecological aesthetic pursuits.Using ecological and literary aesthetics and movie theories,this paper interprets Yunnan food documentaries from four dimensions:poetic dwelling,biodiversity,visual expression,and returning to nature.The goal is to explore the ecological thoughts and aesthetic significance behind the visual presentation of Yunnan food culture.
