摘 要:大型邮轮上层建筑大跨度甲板采用薄板以及密集开孔高腹板的纵桁和横梁等特有结构形式,传统的简化解析公式无法准确预报其极限强度。为研究轴向载荷作用下大跨度甲板结构的屈曲与极限强度,将传统解析公式推广并建立了半解析求解的经验回归公式。该公式基于大量不同尺寸的大跨度甲板结构极限强度有限元分析结果,采用多元函数进行拟合回归,并选取某大型邮轮的实际甲板大跨度结构进行实例分析,证明了其具有较好的预报精度。邮轮大跨度甲板结构极限强度快速预报方法为邮轮国产化设计以及结构创新升级提供了指导。Special structural forms are adopted for a long-span deck in the superstructure of a large cruise ship, such as thin plates, longitudinal and transverse girders with multi openings and high webs. Its ultimate strength cannot be predicted by traditional simplified analytic formula. In order to study the buckling and ultimate strength of long-span deck structures under axial load, an empirical regression formula is established, which generalized the traditional formula. A large number of finite element analysis results of large-span deck structures with different sizes are used in the multiple regression. An actual large-span deck structure on a large cruise ship is selected for verification of the prediction ability and good accuracy is proved. This rapid prediction method for ultimate strength of long-span deck structure of the cruise ship provides guidance for domestic structural design and innovation.
