摘  要:基于“世越号”沉船双船抬吊整体打捞方案,对300m水深大吨位沉船整体打捞进行试验研究。选取打捞过程中“沉船刚离底”、“沉船离底150 m”和“沉船部分出水”3个典型状态,开展水池模型试验研究,获得了水面抬浮驳船及沉船运动、提升吊缆张力等关键动力响应,验证了方案的可行性。结果表明:沉船所处位置会显著影响抬浮驳船的横摇固有周期,当沉船由提升离底到部分出水,抬浮驳船横摇周期逐渐减小至与沉船一致;沉船在水下时,单侧受力的抬浮驳船即使在艏迎浪时也存在显著的横摇RAO峰值;沉船出水后,沉船与双抬浮驳船形成并靠布置的三浮体系统,艏迎浪时驳船的横摇RAO峰值显著减小,横浪时驳船横摇和垂荡运动存在显著的遮蔽效应;打捞过程中提升吊缆张力的极值在艏迎浪和斜浪时出现在船首或船尾,船中部位较小,而横浪时分布均匀且较小。Based on the overall salvage scheme of "SEWOL", which used double barge lifting method, model tests were carried out to study the overall salvage of large tonnage wreck at a water depth of 300 m. Three typical states of the salvage process were selected: "the wreck is just off the seabed", "the wreck is 150 m from the seabed" and "the wreck partially emerges from the water". Model tests were carried out in the basin to obtain the dynamic responses such as the motion of the barges, the motion of the wreck and the tension of the lifting cables. The results show that the position of the wreck during the salvage process will significantly affect the natural period of roll motion of the floating barges on the water surface. When the wreck is lifted from the bottom to partially emerge from the water, the natural period of roll motion of the barge gradually decreases to be consistent with the wreck. When the wreck is underwater, the single-side-loaded barge has significant peak value of roll RAO even at wave direction of 180°. After the wreck emerges from the water, the barges and the wreck form a three-body floating system and are arranged next to each other. Peak value of the barge’s roll RAO at wave direction of 180° decreases significantly, and there is a significant shielding effect concerning the barges’ roll and heave motions at wave direction of 90°. At wave direction of 180° and 135°, the extreme value of the tensions of the lifting cables during the salvage process appears in the bow or stern, while the tensions in the midship part are relatively low. At wave direction of 90°, they are evenly distributed and maintain at a relatively low level.
