摘 要:在电网侧进行治理能更大范围减少电压暂降事件的影响,而针对电网侧电压暂降治理的运营模式尚未深入研究。为此,提出了考虑敏感设备中断概率的电网线路改造优质供电运营模式。以各敏感设备电压暂降不确定区间内发生的小样本监测数据的暂降幅值、持续时间与中断状态3个特征,通过支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)概率输出评估设备的生产中断概率,准确评估敏感设备的中断次数。以电网公司与各敏感用户收益最大为目标,考虑各线路改造技术的治理效果,用博弈理论纳什积最优解求取服务费比例,计及中断频次约束、经济约束等约束,建立电压暂降线路改造多目标优化模型。使用非支配排序多目标遗传算法(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II,NSGA-II)对所建模型进行求解,求取最优改造方案。以IEEE33节点系统进行算例仿真,考虑全部用户参与和部分用户不参与改造方案的2种场景,验证了所提优质供电服务模式的经济性和实用性。Regulation at the grid side always reduces the impact of voltage sag events in a wider range, but the operation mode of voltage sag control at the grid side has seldom been deeply studied. Therefore, a high-quality power supply operation mode for the power grid line reconstruction considering the outage probability of the sensitive equipment is proposed. Based on the three characteristics of sag amplitudes, durations and interruption states of the small sample monitoring data in the uncertain intervals of the voltage sag of each sensitive equipment, the production interruption probability of the equipment is evaluated through the support vector machine(SVM) probability output, and the interruption times of the sensitive equipment are accurately assessed. With the goal of maximizing the benefits of the power grid companies and the sensitive users, considering the effects of every line reconstruction technology, the proportion of service charges is calculated by using the Nash product optimal solution of the game theory. The multi-objective optimization model of the voltage sag line reconstruction is established considering the constraints of the interruption frequency and the economic constraints. The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II(NSGA-Ⅱ) is used to solve the model and obtain the optimal reconstruction scheme. Taking the IEEE 33-bus system as an example, considering the two scenarios of the all users participating and the some users not participating in the reconstruction scheme, the economy and practicability of the high-quality power supply service mode proposed in this paper are verified.
