摘  要:暂态功角稳定存在三群失稳和多群失稳模式,一旦发生电网崩溃垮网的风险极大。首先建立了三机群等值机互联模型,揭示了两群失稳模式发生后领先机群与滞后机群功角摆幅增大过程中,中间机群电磁功率输出特性及演进为三群失稳模式的机制;其次,解析了三群失稳模式下网络节点电压幅值与相位的分布规律以及电压零值点迁移特征,分析了多群失稳模式演变过程;再次,基于支路暂态输电能力指数识别关键支路,并结合其响应特征,提出了阻断三群、多群失稳模式的主动解列控制和解列后的恢复控制策略。面向多集群水电外送系统以及严重故障扰动,仿真验证了阻断控制及恢复控制的有效性。The transient rotor angle stability has the risks of multi-group instability mode. Once this instability mode occurs, there will be an extremely high risk of power system collapse. Firstly, a three-cluster generators equivalent interconnection model is established, and the electromagnetic power output characteristics and the mechanism of evolution into three-group instability mode are revealed when the rotor angle swing of the leading and the lagging groups increases after the two-group instability model occurs. Secondly, the distribution law of the voltage amplitude and phase and the characteristics of the voltage zero point migration are analyzed, and the developing process of the multi-group instability mode is analyzed. Thirdly, based on the identification of critical branch by the branch transient transmission capability(BTTC) index and its response characteristics, the blocking control strategy of three-group, multi-group instability mode and the control strategy of recovery are put forward. In view of the multi-cluster hydropower dispatch system and its severe fault impacts in Sichuan province, the simulation results show the effectiveness of the blocking and restoring control of the multi-cluster instability mode.
