摘 要:伴随配电网中分布式电源的高渗透率接入以及电动汽车等多元负荷的广泛应用,传统配电台区功率不平衡与变压器轻、重载问题日益突出,这将威胁配电网安全稳定运行。对此,该文提出一种应用于台区互联的智能软开关(soft open point,SOP)控制策略,在充分考虑变压器经济运行区间前提下,实现互联台区间负荷均衡调控;同时,针对台区负荷调控引起的SOP直流母线电压波动问题,提出一种基于调控策略的能量快速平衡控制方法,有效提高直流侧电压恢复速度和波动抑制能力,确保负荷调控策略的有效实现。最后,仿真和实验结果表明该文所提的调控策略和能量快速平衡控制方法可有效解决台区功率不平衡与变压器轻重载问题,功率控制响应及波动抑制能力优异,该方法工程实用性强,具备一定推广价值。With the wide application of distributed energy resources and electric vehicles in the distribution network, the power imbalance in the distribution area(DA) and the problem of light and heavy load operation have become increasingly severe, threatening the safe and stable operation of the distribution network. Thus, a soft open point(SOP) regulation strategy considering transformer economic operation area applied to the interconnection of DAs is proposed to achieve load balance between DNs. Further, aiming at the voltage fluctuation of DC bus caused by the load regulation, a fast energy balance control based on the regulation strategy is proposed. It can effectively improve the voltage recovery speed and the fluctuation suppression ability of the DC bus and ensure the effective implementation of the regulation strategy.Finally, the simulation and experimental results show that the proposed regulation strategy can effectively solve DAs’ power imbalance and heavy load problems. Moreover, the fast energy balance control has excellent power response and fluctuation suppression ability. The proposed method has strong engineering practicability and popularization value.
