基于态靶辨治选方用药的思路与临床应用

摘　　要：态靶辨治是将中西汇通、病证结合,宏观与微观互通、态靶结合的治疗模式。通过运用态靶辨治思想,结合现代医学特点,构建态靶辨治中医诊疗体系,据此阐释方药的药性、疾病的病态和态靶之间的相互关系,总结态靶辨治选方用药的原则。并充分利用现代药理学研究成果,总结出针对疾病、主要症状与异常指标的靶药,进而发挥中医多靶点治疗的优势,以期提高临床疗效,为临床诊治疾病、选方用药提供思路。The treaetment model of state-target differentiation and treatment is to integrate Chinese and western medicine,combine disease and syndrome,communicate the macro and the micro,and connect state and target.Based on this idea and the characteristics of modern medicine,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnosis and treatment system is constructed.Correspondingly,the properties and actions of formulas and medicinals,the state of the disease,and the state-target relationship are explained,while the prescription and medication principles are summarized.Making full use of the results from modern pharmacological researches,the target medicinals for diseases,main symptoms and abnormal indicators are obtained,so as to give full play to the advantages of multi-target treatment of TCM,improve clinical efficacy,and provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment,prescription and medication.
