摘 要:目的评价2022年春季上海市中药协定方对新型冠状病毒感染者核酸转阴时间的影响。方法回顾性收集2022年4月1日—5月31日上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院长兴收治点收治的成人新型冠状病毒无症状感染者、成人轻型患者145例和儿童轻型患者160例。收集患者的基本资料、症状和用药情况。采用多因素COX回归分析相关因素对核酸转阴率的影响,分别比较成人协定方组及儿童协定方组(服用中药协定方)和成人对照组及儿童对照组(未服用中药协定方)核酸转阴率的差异。利用COX回归分析排除相关影响因素后,分别比较成人患者及儿童患者的核酸转阴时间。结果COX回归分析显示,成人和儿童的年龄、性别、症状评分、是否发热(仅儿童)、是否使用中成药对核酸转阴率的影响差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。成人协定方组平均核酸转阴时间为(6.80±2.57)天,明显短于成人对照组(8.52±5.27)天(P<0.05)。儿童协定方组平均核酸转阴时间为(4.88±1.92)天,明显短于儿童对照组(5.90±2.37)天(P<0.05)。结论2022年春季上海市中药协定方可缩短成人无症状感染者、轻型患者和儿童轻型患者的核酸转阴时间,促进新冠病毒感染者康复。Objective To evaluate the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)precompounded prescriptions in Shanghai in 2022 Spring on the negative nucleic acid conversion time of COVID-19 patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 145 adult asymptomatic and mild cases and 160 child mild cases who were admitted to Changxing Admission Point of Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine from April 1st to May 31st 2022.Data including basic information,symptoms and medication were collected.Multivariate COX regression was used to analyze the influence of related factors on the negative nucleic acid conversion rate.The difference of negative nucleic acid conversion rate between patients who took TCM formulas(adult and child treatment group)and those who did not take TCM formulas(adult and child control group)was compared and analyzed.After excluding relevant influencing factors by COX regression analysis,the nucleic acid conversion time of adult and child cases were compared.Results COX regression analysis showed that age,gender,symptom score,fever or not(only child cases),and use of Chinese patent medicine or not had no statistical significant difference on the negative nucleic acid conversion rate in both adults and children(P>0.05).The average nucleic acid conversion time in adults group with TCM formulas was 6.80±2.57 days,which was significantly shorter than 8.52±5.27 days of the control group(P<0.05).The mean nucleic acid conversion time in the children with TCM formulas was 4.88±1.92 days,significantly shorter than 5.90±2.37 days in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM precompounded prescriptions in Shanghai in 2022 Spring could shorten the nucleic acid negative conversion time in asymptomatic cases,and mild adults and child cases,can promote the rehabilitation of COVID-19 infection.
