摘　　要：基于“老年人再就业问题调查”数据,分析城市低龄老年人再就业问题。研究发现,超四成城市低龄老年人有再就业经历,超过八成老年人愿意参加志愿服务。从个人层面看,我国老年人已初步树立积极老龄观;从企业层面看,积极老龄观尚有待树立;从政府层面看,相关顶层设计有待加强,还未从整体上建立相应的老年人再就业支持和保障机制,相关政策法规发展滞后;从再就业渠道来看,存在老年人再就业信息服务平台及就业服务机构稀少、供需失衡等问题。针对老年人再就业现存问题,提出相关对策建议。On the basis of data from Survey on Re-employment of Older Adults, this study analyzed the re-employment of the young urban elderly. It is found that over 40% of older adults in urban China have experience of re-employment, and more than 80% are willing to participate in volunteer activities. In terms of individuals, older people in China have initially developed a concept of active aging. In terms of businesses, this concept is still yet to be developed. In terms of the government,relevant top-level design needs to be enhanced, corresponding support and guarantee mechanisms for the re-employment of older adults are still not in place, and relevant policies and regulations are lagging behind. In terms of re-employment channels, information service platforms and agencies are rare, and supply and demand are decoupled. In view of those problems, relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
