摘　　要：深静脉血栓(DVT)是下肢骨折围手术期的严重并发症。笔者查阅国内外有关下肢骨折围手术期深静脉血栓预防及治疗的文献并加以分析,针对中西医结合预防下肢骨折围手术期深静脉血栓的研究进展进行综述。笔者认为,下肢骨折后深静脉血栓的发生可导致诸多危害,对其进行预防十分必要。下肢骨折围手术期患者深静脉血栓发生风险较高时,应采用西医规范化抗凝治疗结合中医疗法降低其深静脉血栓的发生风险。Deep vein thrombosis(DVT)is a serious complication of lower limb fracture during perioperative period.The author reviewed and analyzed the domestic and foreign literature on the prevention and treatment of perioperative deep vein thrombosis in lower limb fractures,and summarized the research progress on the prevention of perioperative deep vein thrombosis in lower limb fractures by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.The author believes that the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis after lower limb fracture can cause a lot of harm,so it is necessary to prevent it.When the risk of deep vein thrombosis is high in patients with lower limb fracture during perioperative period,standardized Western medicine anticoagulation therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy should be adopted to reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis.
