中药汤剂口服联合超声电导治疗仪治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药汤剂口服联合超声电导治疗仪治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证的临床疗效与价值。方法:选取2021年4月至2022年6月南京市六合区中医院儿科收治的肺炎支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证患儿60例进行研究,按照随机分组的方式分为研讨组与常模组,每组各30例。给予常模组常规西医治疗,研讨组在此基础上加用中药汤剂口服与超声电导治疗仪治疗。观察并比较两组的治疗效果、体温恢复正常时间及住院时间。结果:研讨组的临床疗效显著高于常模组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.585,P<0.01)。治疗后,研讨组的体温恢复正常时间和住院时间均短于常模组,差异有统计学意义(t=-5.741、-4.326,P均<0.01)。结论:中药汤剂口服联合超声电导治疗仪治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证可缩短患儿体温恢复正常时间及住院时间,临床疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and value of oral Chinese medicine decoction combined with ultrasonic conductivity therapy instrument in the treatment of phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods:A total of 60 children with phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to the pediatrics department of Nanjing Liuhe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to June 2022 were selected for this study.They were randomly divided into discussion group and norm group,with 30 cases in each group.The normal group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the research group was treated with oral Chinese medicine decoction and ultrasonic conductance therapy instrument on this basis.The therapeutic effect,temperature recovery time and hospital stay of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the research group was significantly higher than that of the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=-3.585,P<0.01).After treatment,the time of body temperature return to normal and hospital stay in the research group were shorter than those in the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(t=-5.741,-4.326,P<0.01).Conclusion:Oral Chinese medicine decoction combined with ultrasonic conductivity therapy instrument can shorten the temperature recovery time and hospital stay time of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia syndrome of phlegm-heat closed lung,and the clinical effect is significant.
