摘　　要：目的探讨CXC趋化因子受体2(CXCR2)在腹主动脉瘤(AAA)中的表达及其临床意义。方法选择2019年7月—2022年7月我院80例AAA作为观察组,同时期行腹主动脉-股动脉移植术者40例作为对照组,分别取观察组AAA前壁组织与对照组腹前动脉血管吻合处正常动脉壁组织,比较2组CXCR2、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)蛋白及mRNA表达水平,比较不同临床病理特征AAA患者CXCR2蛋白表达情况,采用Pearson相关性分析CXCR2与MMP-9蛋白表达量的相关性。结果观察组CXCR2、MMP-9蛋白表达阳性率、蛋白表达量及mRNA相对表达量均高于对照组(P<0.01)。瘤体直径≥5 cm、有心脑血管意外史AAA患者CXCR2蛋白表达阳性率分别高于瘤体直径<5 cm、无心脑血管意外史患者(P<0.01,P<0.05)。CXCR2与MMP-9蛋白表达量呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论CXCR2在AAA患者主动脉瘤组织中表达升高,可能与MMP-9具有协同作用,参与AAA的发生与发展。Objective To investigate the expression of CXC chemokine receptor 2(CXCR2)in abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)and its clinical significance.Methods Eighty patients with AAA treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 40 patients who received abdominal aorta-femoral artery transplantation during the same period were selected as the control group.The anterior wall tissue of AAA in the observation group and normal artery wall tissue at the anastomosis of anterior abdominal artery in the control group were respectively collected.The protein expression and mRNA expression levels of CXCR2 and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)were compared between the two groups,and CXCR2 protein expression in AAA patients with different clinicopathological characteristics was compared.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between CXCR2 and MMP-9 protein expression.Results The positive rate of CXCR2 and MMP-9 protein expression,protein expression level and mRNA relative expression level in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The positive rate of CXCR2 protein expression in patients with tumor diameter≥5 cm and a history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents in AAA patients was higher than that in patients with tumor diameter<5 cm and no history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents,respectively(P<0.01,P<0.05).CXCR2 was positively correlated with the expression of MMP-9 protein(P<0.01).Conclusion CXCR2 expression is increased in aortic aneurysm tissues of AAA patients,which may have a synergistic effect with MMP-9 and participate in the occurrence and development of AAA.
