摘  要:碱性亮氨酸拉链转录因子(bZIP)是真核生物中广泛存在的转录因子,对于植物生长发育的作用意义非凡。通过同源检索在白桑基因组中共鉴定得到50个MabZIP基因,其仅在桑树的12条染色体上分布,且分布不均匀。理化性质分析发现有27个bZIP的等电点小于7.0,表明桑树的bZIP家族成员超过一半为酸性蛋白,亚细胞定位预测50个bZIP蛋白皆位于细胞核。参照拟南芥bZIP分支情况可将桑树的bZIP分为12个亚族,其中A亚族蛋白数目最多。桑树bZIP家族的同一亚族具有相似的外显子数目,不同亚族外显子数目从1~18个不等。组织表达分析表明,桑树bZIP家族大部分基因在根、茎、叶和果实中均有表达,少数基因只在特定组织表达。研究结果为桑树bZIP的克隆及功能研究提供了理论支撑。The basic leucine zipper(bZIP)is a group of transcription factors widely found in eukaryotes and are of great significance for plant growth and development.A total of 50 MabZIP genes were identified in the genome of white mulberry(Morus alba L.)by homology search,which were distributed unevenly on only 12 chromosomes of mulberry.Physicochemical property analysis revealed that the isoelectric points of 27 bZIP proteins were less than 7.0,indicating that more than half of bZIP family members in mulberry are acidic proteins.The subcellular localization predictcon showed that all 50 bZIP proteins localized in the nucleus.According to the branches of bZIPs in Arabidopsis thaliana,the 50 bZIPs of mulberry could be divided into 12 subfamilies with the largest number in subfamily A.The same subfamily of MabZIPs had similar number of exons,and the number of exons in different subfamilies ranged from 1 to 18.Tissue expression analysis showed that most of the mulberry bZIP genes were expressed in root,stem,leaf and fruit,and a few genes were expressed only in specific tissues.The results provide theoretical support for the cloning and functional study of mulberry bZIPs.
