摘 要:为研究不同饲料饲育对家蚕幼虫中肠细菌多样性的影响,以家蚕品种秋丰×白玉为研究对象,分别以桑叶、NOSAN饲料和自制饲料饲育至5龄盛食期,取家蚕中肠样品进行16S rDNA高通量测序。结果发现,不同饲料育家蚕中肠的细菌菌群存在显著差异,NOSAN饲料育家蚕中肠的菌群丰度较高,而桑叶饲育组与自制饲料饲育组的菌群丰度相当。不同饲料育家蚕中肠菌群的功能基因在代谢途径上存在显著差异,且自制饲料饲育组与桑叶饲育组之间的差异明显大于NOSAN饲料饲育组与桑叶饲育组之间的差异。研究结果为开发优质家蚕人工饲料和探究肠道菌群对寄主的适应机制提供了参考。This study aims to investigate the effects of different diets on the bacterial diversity in midgut of Bombyx mori larvae.The silkworm variety Qiufeng×Baiyu was reared to the 5 th instar with mulberry leaf,NOSAN and homemade artificial diets,respectively,and the midgut samples were collected for 16 S rDNA high-throughput sequencing.The results showed that the midgut bacterial flora of silkworm larvae reared with different diets were significantly different.The flora abundance of larvae reared with NOSAN artificial diet was relatively higher,while the flora abundance of larvae reared with mulberry leaf was similar to that reared with homemade artificial diet.In addition,there were significant differences in the metabolic pathways of functional genes of midgut bacterial flora of silkworm reared with different diets,and the differences between larvae reared with homemade artificial diet and mulberry leaf was significantly higher than those between larvae reared with NOSAN artificial diet and mulberry leaf.This study lays a foundation for development of high quality artificial diet for silkworm larvae and exploring the adaptation mechanism of intestinal microflora to host.
