摘 要:研究了无碱液体速凝剂对水泥基修补砂浆凝结时间、抗压、抗折及拉伸粘结强度的影响规律,对掺加无碱液体速凝剂的修补砂浆的水化放热行为进行了分析。结果表明,无碱液体速凝剂的掺入加速了修补砂浆早期的水化进程,缩短了修补砂浆的凝结时间,提高了修补砂浆的抗压、抗折和拉伸粘结强度;在速凝剂掺量为0~7%时,随着无碱液体速凝剂掺量的增加,修补砂浆的抗压、抗折和拉伸粘结强度均有所提高。The influence law of alkali-free liquid accelerator on the setting time,compressive strength,flexural strength,and tensile bond strength of cement-based repair mortar were studied,and the hydration and heat release behavior of repair mortar with alkali-free liquid accelerator was analyzed.The results show that the alkali-free liquid accelerator have accelerated the early age hydration process of repair mortar,shortened the setting time of repair mortar,and improved the compressive strength,flexural strength,and tensile bond strength of repair mortar.When the dosage of alkali-free liquid accelerator is 0~7%,the compressive strength,flexural strength,and tensile bond strength are enhanced with the increase of the dosage of alkali-free liquid accelerator.
