摘  要:通过温室试验,设置不同浓度镉(Cd)处理(0、20、40、80 mg/kg和160 mg/kg),研究龙葵(Solanum nigrum L.)对不同浓度Cd的富集特征和修复性能.结果表明:龙葵对Cd具有较强的耐受性,株高随Cd浓度的增加先升高后降低,生物量无明显变化;龙葵对Cd的富集量随Cd胁迫浓度增大而增加,且主要分布在地上部;不同处理龙葵的富集系数、转运系数和Cd去除率均随处理浓度的提高呈先上升后下降的趋势,在土壤总Cd含量为20 mg/kg时均达到最大.可知,龙葵对土壤Cd污染具有良好的耐受性和吸收、富集能力,对低浓度的Cd污染土壤修复效果较好.A greenhouse experiment was conducted to investigate the enrichment characteristics and remediation performance of Solanum nigrum L.with different concentrations of cadmium(Cd)(0,20,40,80 mg/kg and 160 mg/kg).The results showed that S.nigrum had strong tolerance to Cd.The plant height first increased and then decreased with the increase of Cd concentration,but the biomass did not change significantly.The enrichment of Cd in S.nigrum increased with the increase of Cd stress concentration,and mainly distributed in shoot.The enrichment coefficient,transport coefficient and Cd removal rate of S.nigrum under different treatments increased first and then decreased with the increase of treatment concentration,and reached the maximum when the total soil Cd was 20 mg/kg.In conclusion,Solanum nigrum L.has good tolerance,absorption and enrichment ability to soil Cd pollution,and has a good remediation effect on soil with low concentration of Cd pollution.
