摘  要:高校教师教学评价改革是新时代高校教学质量提升的指挥棒,关乎我国新时代高等教育事业的发展方向。高校教师教学评价改革是落实立德树人根本任务的基础保证,是适应新时代高等教育改革和发展的必然需求,是转变教师教学评价理念的关键抓手。目前,我国高校教师教学评价存在评价育人功能有偏差、评价内容窄化、评价主体参与度不均衡、分类评价标准不足等问题。在新时代背景下,推动我国高校教师教学评价改革的创新路径是:转变教学评价观念,回归教书育人实质价值;完善教学评价内容,突显教学业绩和教学吸引力;强化评价主体多元,持续提升教学满意度;建立分类评价标准,进一步彰显不同教学特征。The teaching evaluation reform for teachersis the guidance for the improvement of teaching quality in universities,and is closely related to the development direction ofhigher education inChina in the new era.It is the basic guarantee for implementing the fundamental task of morality education,the inevitable demand for adapting to the reform and development of higher education in the new era,and the crucial key for transforming the concept of teaching evaluation for teachers.However,at the moment,the teaching evaluation systemhas problems in the aspects of cultivating talents,evaluation content,participation of evaluation subjects and classification of evaluation standards.Therefore,some measures should be taken to innovate the teaching evaluation in the new era,that is,transforming the concept of teaching evaluation,insisting the original intention of education,improving the content of teaching evaluation,highlighting the teaching performance and teaching attractiveness,strengthening the diversity of evaluation subjects,increasing the satisfaction of teaching,establishing standards of evaluation,and stressing the characteristics of various teachings.
