摘　　要：目的 研究复方钩藤止眩方(CUADD)的降压作用,为其临床研究提供实验依据。方法 采用肾动脉狭窄诱导的肾血管型高血压及自发性高血压大鼠模型,研究CUADD对高血压的治疗作用;同时采用麻醉犬研究其对血流动力学的影响;并通过对ICR小鼠自主活动的影响考察该复方的镇静作用。结果 CUADD低、中、高剂量具有明显的降血压作用,且对ICR小鼠具有一定的镇静作用。结论 CUADD具有一定缓解高血压的作用和镇静作用,且较牛黄降压丸的降压作用更佳,起效更快,具有明显的临床优势。OBJECTIVE To study the antihypertensive effect of Compound uncaria anti-dizziness decoction(CUADD) to provide an experimental basis for its clinical research.METHODS To study the therapeutic effects of the CUADD on hypertension using the renal artery stenosis-induced renal vascular hypertension rat model as well as the spontaneous hypertension rat model.The effect on hemodynamics was also studied using anesthetized dogs;and the sedative effect of the compound was investigated by its effect on the voluntary activity of ICR mice.RESULTS The CUADD at low, medium and high doses had a significant blood pressure lowering effect and had some sedative effect on ICR mice.CONCLUSION CUADD has some relieving effect and sedative effect on hypertension.Compared with Niuhuang Jiangya pills, it has better efficacy in lowering blood pressure, faster onset of action and obvious clinical advantages.
