摘 要:目的 研究不同丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)组合对滇重楼根系生理特性的作用。方法 采用室内盆栽法,观察接种9种不同AMF组合对滇重楼菌根侵染强度、根系活力、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖(SS)和可溶性蛋白(SP)含量以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。结果 与空白对照(不接种AMF)组比较,滇重楼苗期接种S6(球状巨孢囊霉、巨大巨孢囊霉、美丽盾巨孢囊霉、透明盾巨孢囊霉、近明球囊霉、沙荒球囊霉)和S7(球状巨孢囊霉、透明盾巨孢囊霉、玫瑰红巨孢囊霉、根内球囊霉、亮色盾巨孢囊霉、明球囊霉)组合菌剂可显著增加菌根侵染强度和根系活力,促进根系内SS和SP含量的增加,提高CAT、SOD、POD的活性,降低MDA的含量。结论 滇重楼苗期接种S6、S7组合菌剂可以有效地维持根系细胞膜系统的稳定性,延缓根系的衰老。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of different Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF) combinations on the root physiological characteristics in Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis.METHODS Indoor potted method was used, 9 groups of different AMF combinations were inoculated as treatment, and no vaccination was used as a blank control.The effect of different AMF combinations on mycorrhizal infection strength, root viability, malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble sugar(SS) and soluble protein(SP) content and activities of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) were observed by indoor potting method.RESULTS Compared with the blank control, the mycorrhiza intensity and root vigor, SS and SP contents, CAT,SOD and POD activities increased, and MDA content declined by inoculation of S6(Gigaspora margarita,G.gigantea,Scutellospra calospora, S.ellucida,Septoglomus deserticola and Claroideoglomus claroideum) and S7(G.margarita,G.rosea,S.pellucida,Racocetra fulgida,Rhizophagus intraradices and R.claruus) at the seedling stage of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis.CONCLUSION Inoculation of S6 and S7 combination at the seedling stage of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis can effectively maintain the stability of root cell membrane system and delay the senescence of root system.
