摘　　要：目的 采用HPLC法测定复方陈香胃片中大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的含量。方法 采用Kromasil 100-5-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(40:25:35),检测波长为254 nm,进样量10μL。结果 0.3951-9.8784μg·mL^(-1)大黄素、4.1986-104.97μg·mL^(-1)大黄酚、0.8547-21.3677μg·mL^(-1)大黄素甲醚与峰面积的线性关系良好,r均为0.9999平均回收率分别为101.7%、101.7%、103.2%,RSD分别为2.50%、2.71%、2.77%(n=9)。结论 所用方法低毒、简便、准确、重复性好,可用于复方陈香胃片的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To determine emodin, chrysophanol and physcion in Compound Chenxiangwei tablets by HPLC.METHODS The determination was performed on Kromasil 100-5-C_(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-methanol-0.4%phosphoric acid(40:25:35).The detection wavelength was 254 nm with the injection volume of 10 μL.RESULTS The good linear relationships were obtained between the peak areas and the concentrations of emodin, chrysophanol and physcion in the ranges from 0.3951-9.8784 μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999),4.1986-104.9700 μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999),and 0.8547-21.3677 μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999).The average recoveries were 101.7%,101.7%,103.2%,with the RSDs of 2.50%,2.71%,2.77%,respectively(n=9).CONCLUSION This method was low-toxic, simple, accurate and has good reproducibille, which can be used for the quality control of Compound Chenxiangwei tablets.
