摘  要:在长距离倒虹吸工程预应力钢筒混凝土管安装施工完成后,需对管道进行水压试验,以检验施工安装质量,确保满足管道在后续运行中的使用功能。笔者以广西驮英灌区东干渠输水工程东门倒虹吸为例,对长距离大口径预应力钢筒混凝土管水压试验段划分、分段处堵板和后背设计以及试验压力确定进行论述,详细阐述分段水压试验方法和步骤。试验结果满足规范及设计要求,并有效地检验管道安装质量,为以后类似工程积累经验,具有一定的参考价值。After the installation and construction of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe( PCCP) in long distance inverted siphon project is completed, it is necessary to carry out hydrostatic test on the pipe to test the construction and installation quality and ensure that the use function of the pipe in subsequent operation is met.Taking the Dongmen inverted siphon of the East Main Canal Water Transfer Project in Tuoying Irrigation District of Guangxi as an example, the author discusses the division of the hydrostatic test section of the long-distance large-diameter PCCP, the design of the blocking plate and the back of the section and the determination of the test pressure, and elaborates the method and steps of the sectional hydrostatic test. The test results meet the requirements of specifications and design, and effectively test the quality of pipeline installation, accumulate experience for similar projects in the future, and have certain reference value.
