摘 要:为了解决双向门机清污抓斗电缆卷筒深水电缆频繁被损坏导致清污抓斗不能正常运行,影响机组进水口清污的问题,采用变频传动控制技术对双向门机液压清污抓斗电缆卷筒控制系统进行改造。通过技术改造,双向门机液压清污抓斗运行一年半时间以来其电缆卷筒深水电缆没再出现被损坏的情况,改造取得成功。该改造案例为同类型起重设备电缆卷筒控制系统改造积累了经验,具有很好的借鉴意义。In order to solve the problem that the cable drum of the bidirectional gantry crane trash-cleaning grab is frequently damaged in deep water, resulting in the failure of the trash-cleaning grab to operate normally and affecting the cleaning at the water inlet of the unit, the control system of the cable drum of the bidirectional gantry crane hydraulic trash-cleaning grab is modified with the frequency conversion drive control technology.Through technical transformation, the deepwater cable of the cable drum of the bidirectional gantry crane hydraulic cleaning grab has not been damaged since it has operated for one and a half years, and the transformation has been successful. This transformation case has accumulated experience for the transformation of the cable drum control system of the same type of lifting equipment, and has good reference significance.
