摘  要:针对善泥坡电厂1号机组A级检修中发现的蝴蝶阀接力器油渗漏的问题,笔者通过拆解蝴蝶阀接力器各部件,对接力器油渗漏的原因进行分析,并提出防范及改进措施。通过采购并更换优质高性能密封元件,对不合理的设计进行技术改造,从根本上有效遏制了油渗漏情况。检修后的运行效果表明,蝴蝶阀接力器运行可靠性和效率得以提高,同时创造了良好的发电效益。In view of the oil leakage of butterfly valve servomotor found in the Class A maintenance of Unit 1 in Shannipo Power Plant, the author analyzes the causes of the oil leakage of the servomotor by disassembling the components of the butterfly valve servomotor, and puts forward preventive and improvement measures. By purchasing and replacing high-quality high-performance sealing elements, and carrying out technical transformation on unreasonable design, the oil leakage has been fundamentally and effectively curbed. The operation effect after maintenance shows that the reliability and efficiency of butterfly valve servomotor have been improved, and good power generation benefits have been created.
