咖啡炭除臭功能纬编面料生产实践

摘　　要：介绍一种由咖啡炭纤维制备的新型抗菌除臭面料,特别是运动过后,普通面料制备的产品因不具备抗菌除臭效果,导致其容易发臭和引起细菌感染,而咖啡炭纤维是运用最新的纳米技术将咖啡渣晶体进行微粉化并研磨成纳米级粉体,再经特殊工艺加工制成母粒,加入到纤维中可赋予各种纤维优异性能,该纤维织造的织物能起到优异抗菌除臭作用。详细介绍面料编织工艺、染整工艺及性能测试,结果表明,产品除异味性能测试效果良好,该研究对开发类似功能性面料具有一定借鉴作用。This paper introduces a new type of antibacterial deodorant fabric prepared from coffee carbon fiber.Especially after doing sports activities, the products prepared from ordinary fabrics do not have antibacterial and deodorant effects, resulting in their susceptibility to odor and bacterial infection. The coffee carbon fiber is developed by use of the latest nano technology to micronize the coffee grounds crystal and grind it into nano-scale powder,and then processed into a masterbatch by a special process, which can be added to the fiber to give excellent performance to various fibers, and the fabric woven by the fiber can play an excellent antibacterial and deodorant role. In this paper, the production process, dyeing and finishing process and performance test of the fabric are introduced. The test results show that the odor removal performance of the product is good. The research results can be used for reference in developing similar fabrics.
