摘　　要：为拓展ECDP短纤维的应用范围,文中对比分析仪化公司生产的ECDP与市场上其他公司生产的ECDP的性能差异,研究ECDP纤维的纺织染整加工特点及在纺织面料中的应用性能。结果表明,ECDP纤维作为一种新型的环保、节能、高性能纤维,其产品具有常压染色、上染率高的特点,加工成的面料具有柔软舒适、吸湿性好、抗起毛起球性优异的特点,是涤纶短纤在针织面料上的理想替代产品。In order to expand the application range of ECDP staple fiber,this paper uses the comparative method to compare and analyze the performance difference between ECDP produced by Yihua Company and ECDP produced by other companies in the market,and studies the characteristics of textile dyeing and finishing of ECDP fiber and its effect application performancein textile fabrics.The results show that as a new type of environmentally friendly,energy-saving,high-performance fiber,ECDP fiberhas the distinguishing feature of ordinary pressure dyeingand higher degree of dyeing.ECDP fiber fabricis soft and comfortable,good in moisture absorption,and excellent in pilling resistance.It is an ideal substitute for polyester staple fiber in knitted fabrics.
