摘  要:以发明棉纤维夹带结构实现连续运行为突破口,改进关键设备单元结构为技术支撑,创新设计棉纤维活性染料一浴一步连续轧蒸工艺。以活性染黑色棉纤维的实践表明:活性染料连续染色的黑色棉纤维表观色深值(K/S值)平均达34.276,均匀性较好,色棉纤维的强力和断裂延伸度较原棉纤维有所提高,可纺性改善;纺制的纯黑色纱湿摩达2~3级,纺制的白灰纱湿摩达3~4级及以上;经抄表统计分析:连续轧染1 t黑色棉纤维综合能耗下降约60.7%,且大幅度提高生产效率,劳动强度降低且用工减少;废水排放较棉纤维浸染工艺下降约75%。This paper takes the invention of cotton fiber entrainment structure to realize continuous operation as the breakthrough,improves the key equipment unit as the key point,collects the advantages of reactive cold pad dyeing and wet short steaming process,and innovates and designs the one bath one step and continuous wet rolling steaming process of cotton fiber reactive dyes.Taking black as an example,the production practice shows that the average apparent color depth(K/S value)of cotton fiber(black)continuously dyed with reactive dyes is 34.276,with good uniformity;after dyeing,the strength and breaking elongation of cotton fiber are improved,and the spinnability is improved;the wet rubbing fastness of black cotton yarn is 2~3,and that of white grey yarn is 3~4or above,which is higher than that of pure color yarn.The comprehensive energy consumption of one ton cotton fiber(black)in continuous pad dyeing is reduced by about 60.7%,and the production efficiency is greatly improved,the labor intensity and the number of workers are reduced,and the sewage discharge is reduced by about 75%compared with the dip dyeing process.
