摘  要:生物可降解抗菌针织面料的生产过程包括生物可降解原料的选配、织物编织工艺的选用、染整加工工艺的优化以及面料抗菌性能的测试。通过采用生物可降解纤维PLA/PHBV与棉纤维共混纺纱的方式,在双面大圆机上选用畦编组织,以罗纹对位的方式排列进行编织。结果表明,在低温染色和低温定形的环保整理加工之后发现,生物可降解纤维PLA/PHBV的成分含量在15%时,抑菌效果可达86%;当生物可降解纤维PLA/PHBV的成分含量在30%以上时,织物的抑菌率可超过95%,生物可降解纤维PLA/PHBV共混纤维具有优异的抗菌性能。The production process of biodegradable antibacterial knitted fabrics includes the selection of biodegradable raw materials, the selection of fabric knitting technology, the optimization of dyeing and finishing processes, and the testing of the antibacterial properties of the fabric. By adopting the method of blending the biodegradable fiber PLA/PHBV and the cotton fiber, the cardigan stitch is selected on the double-sided circular knitting machine, which is arranged in a rib-aligned manner for knitting. After low-temperature dyeing and lowtemperature setting of environmentally friendly finishing processing, it is found that when the content of the biodegradable fiber PLA/PHBV is 15%, the antibacterial effect can reach 86%, which exceeds the national standard;when the content of the biodegradable fiber PLA/PHBV is more than 30%, the antibacterial effect of the fabric can exceed 95%, and the biodegradable fiber PLA/PHBV blend fiber has excellent antibacterial properties.
