摘  要:用自制聚丙烯酸酯增深增艳剂DA与取代度不同的改性淀粉印花糊料HA、HB复配,研究增深增艳剂拼混改性印花糊料对棉织物活性染料印花的效果。探讨增深增艳剂DA的用量对色深的影响及不同印花糊料与DA的适配性。并从增深增艳剂DA与不同印花糊料复配方式的角度,分析增深增艳剂DA对印花糊料改性效果的影响。结果表明:外加10%~15%DA与具有较强亲水性的高取代度印花糊料HA复配,有很好增深效果,此时色浆成糊率为3.00%~3.17%、给色量1.09~1.16。The printing effect of the printing paste modified by the blending of polyacrylate darkening and brightening agent DA and modified starch printing paste with different degrees of substitution on cotton fabric reactive dyes is studied.This paper mainly studies the influence of the amount of darkening and colorizing agent DA on the color depth and the compatibility between different printing pastes and DAs.This paper further analyzes and studies the influence of the darkening and colorizing agent DA on the modification effect of printing paste from the point of view of the compounding mode of different printing pastes.The results show that the best deepening effect is obtained by adding 10%~15%DA in high degree of substitution printing paste HA with strong hydrophilicity.At this time,the paste rate of color paste is 3.00%~3.17%,and the color amount is 1.09~1.16.
