摘 要:本文根据铁路工程现行造价标准对材料价差调整小数点后取定位数的规定,运用了基础数学工具,推列了主要材料调差原理公式,推荐了数据处理的合理偏差范围,分别推导了投资比例、信息价以及判定条件的小数位数取定等的偏差原理,并进行了直观的示例验证,提出了对应的解决方式,给出了消减相应偏差的小数点后位数取定方案,拟为现行造价标准的修订提供助力。With the increase of railway planning and construction projects in the plateau areas of our country,the current railway cost standards related to the increase in construction fees in plateau areas reflect a certain degree of inapplicability in the preliminary investment control.This article combines the current application of construction fees in plateau areas in the complex and dangerous mountain railways in the Southwest Plateau,and mainly focuses on the compilation method,calculation method,marginal conditions,increase in construction quota,and annotations for special projects or measures.Research on the increase in construction costs in plateau areas,this article proposes that it should clearly stipulate that weighted average calculations can be used when different altitude zones are involved.The calculation procedure should reflect the fixed consumption of the base period and the preparation period,and ensure the rigor and comprehensiveness of special annotations.And it is planned to provide a reference for the revision of the current standards.
