摘　　要：EPC总承包模式的推广应用为设计院扩大经营规模、转变发展方向、丰富发展内涵带来前所未有的机遇。本文从设计院的视角,分析了目前设计院牵头承担EPC总承包项目面临的法律合规性、传统建设模式、企业自身局限性方面的问题挑战,着重从项目信息追踪、发挥设计引领优势、重视联合伙伴选择、加强投标管理及提升全过程服务水平等方面,探讨了设计院在开展EPC总承包项目经营过程中的关键步骤及注意事项,总结了设计院获取总承包项目的经营要点和成功路径,以期提高项目经营成效,扩大总承包市场份额。With the promotion of EPC,the engineering design institutes are facing unprecedented opportunities.Seizing which,institutes would expand the scale of operations and transform the growth mode effectively.This paper analyzes the challenges of legal compliance,traditional construction mode and the limitations of undertaking EPC general contract projects from the design Institutes aspects.This paper focuses on information tracking,general design advantages,attaching importance to the selection of joint partners,strengthening bidding management and improving the service level of the whole process.The present survey attempts to launch investigation into the key steps and precautions during the EPC process,from the aspect of engineering design institutes.Based on the results,suggestions are put forward in the hope that they would be of some help to improve the institute management performance.
