兼业化对农户履约行为的影响及作用机制研究——基于安徽省470户茶农调查数据

摘　　要：订单农业是现代农业的重要组织形式,然而订单农业的发展一直受到履约问题的困扰。本文基于安徽省470户茶农的调查数据,运用二元Logistic回归模型,分析兼业化程度对订单农户履约行为的影响;运用中介效应模型进一步探究兼业化程度对茶农履约行为影响的传导机制。结果表明:农户兼业化程度对农户的履约行为存在着显著的正向影响;从兼业化程度对农户履约行为产生影响的传导机制分析发现,兼业化程度能够降低农户的经营规模,进而提升农户的履约行为。Contract agriculture is an important organizational form of modern agriculture, but the development of contract agriculture has been plagued by the problem of performance. Based on the survey data of 470 tea farmers in Anhui Province, this paper uses binary logistic regression model to analyze the impact of the degree of part-time employment on the performance behavior of order farmers;The intermediary effect model is used to further explore the transmission mechanism of the impact of the degree of part-time industrialization on the contract performance behavior of tea farmers. The results show that the degree of farmers’ p art-time operation has a significant positive impact on farmers’ p erformance behavior;From the transmission mechanism analysis of the impact of the degree of part-time industrialization on farmers’ p erformance behavior, it is found that the degree of part-time industrialization can reduce farmers’ b usiness scale, and then improve farmers’ p erformance behavior.
