开玄醒神针法联合Schuell刺激法治疗缺血性脑卒中后运动性失语症的临床观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察开玄醒神针法联合Schuell刺激法治疗缺血性脑卒中后运动性失语症的临床疗效。【方法】将74例缺血性脑卒中后运动性失语症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。2组患者均给予Schuell刺激法进行语言康复训练,观察组给予基于玄府理论的开玄醒神针法治疗,对照组给予靳三针治疗,共治疗6周。治疗6周后,评价2组临床疗效,观察2组患者治疗前后言语功能评分的变化情况,比较2组患者治疗前后改良Barthel指数、MoCA指数评分的变化情况。【结果】(1)治疗后,2组患者的语言功能评分均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善语言功能评分方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的改良Barthel指数、MoCA指数评分均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善改良Barthel指数、MoCA指数评分方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)观察组总有效率为91.89%(34/37),对照组为75.68%(28/37)。观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】开玄醒神针法联合Schuell刺激法治疗缺血性脑卒中后运动性失语症,能明显改善患者的语言表达、理解及沟通能力,提高患者认知功能及日常生活能力,疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kaixuan Xingshen(inducing resuscitation)Acupuncture Therapy combined with Schuell Stimulation Therapy in the treatment of motor aphasia after ischemic stroke.Methods Seventy-four patients with motor aphasia after ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 37 patients in each group.The two groups were given the Schuell Stimulation Therapy for language rehabilitation,in addition,the observation group was treated with the Xuanfu theory-based Kaixuan Xingshen Acupuncture Therapy and the control group was treated with JIN’s Three Needle acupuncture.Both groups were treated for a total of 6 weeks.After 6 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and the changes in the speech function scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The changes of modified Barthel index and MoCA index scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results(1)After treatment,the speech function scores of both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the speech function scores,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the modified Barthel index and MoCA index scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the modified Barthel index and MoCA index scores,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The overall effective rate was91.89%(34/37)in the observation group and 75.68%(28/37)in the control group.The efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Kaixuan Xingshen Acupuncture Therapy and Schuell Stimulation Therapy for the treatment of motor aphasia after ischaemic stroke significantly improves the patient’s speech ability,co
