双相情感障碍罹患与运气禀赋的关联性研究

摘　　要：【目的】研究双相情感障碍患者受孕运气禀赋分布特点及差异。【方法】收集北京回龙观医院2017年1月1日至2019年12月31日、驻马店市第二人民医院豫南精神卫生中心2012年1月1日至2018年12月31日、山东省精神卫生中心2016年1月1日至2017年12月31日期间入院治疗的6 181例双相情感障碍患者为病例组,另收集北京东直门医院2012年1月1日至2015年12月31日期间入院治疗的41 834例非精神疾病患者为对照组,运用统计描述、卡方检验及二分类Logistic回归比较2组患者运气禀赋分布差异。【结果】根据Logistic回归结果,在岁运数据的比较中,受孕在辛年罹患双相情感障碍比例较高;在六气客气之司天/在泉之气的比较中,受孕于司天之气为少阴君火、阳明燥金的双相情感障碍患者比例较低;受孕于阳明燥金在泉的双相情感障碍患者比例较低,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】双相情感障碍的罹患与受孕时间的运气特点存在一定关联性,这对指导具有家族史的患者选择受孕时间预防子代发病具有一定的意义。Objective To study the characteristics and differences in the distribution of circuit qi endowment of the conception in patients with bipolar disorder. Methods The case group included a total of 6 181 patients with bipolar disorder admitted to Beijing Huilongguan Hospital from January 1,2017 to December 31,2019,Yunan Mental Health Center of Zhumadian Second People’s Hospital from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2018, and Shandong Mental Health Center from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017. And a total of 41 834 nonpsychosis patients admitted to Beijing Dongzhimen Hospital from January 1,2012 to December 31 2015 served as the control group. The statistical description,Chi-square test and binary Logistic regression were used to compare the differences in the distribution of circuit qi endowment of the conception between the two groups. Results The results of logistic regression showed that high prevalence of bipolar disorder occurred in the patients conceived in the hearenly-stem year of Xin after the analysis of the suiyun(yearly evolutive phase)data,and low prevalence of bipolar disorder occurred in the patients conceived in the sitian(the first half of the alterable yearly circuit qi)of shaoyin monarch fire and yangming dryness lung and in the zaiquan(the second half of the alterable yearly circuit qi)of yangming dryness lung after analysis of the data of keqi(alterable yearly circuit qi)of the six climatic factors.And intergroup comparison presented statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion There is a correlation between the prevalence of bipolar disorder and the circuit qi at the time of conception, and the conclusion will be beneficial for guiding patients with a family history to prevent the onset of the disease in their offspring by choosing the time of conception.
