摘  要:为降低爆竹机械混装药封口工艺风险,预防和减少安全生产事故,运用HAZOP方法分析该工艺作业过程中“人、机、料、环、管”存在的21项风险点,再结合LEC方法进行风险评估,得出各风险点的风险等级。结果表明:该工艺存在重大风险2项,较大风险9项,一般风险9项,低风险1项。最后,针对不同风险提出相应的安全技术措施和管控对策,为企业管理、安全评价等提供参考依据和方向。In order to reduce the risk in the sealing process of the mixed gunpowder by the firecracker machine,and to prevent and cut down the work safety accident,in this paper,the HAZOP method was used to analyze 21 risk points existed in the operation process of"Man,Machine,Material,Environment and Management".The LEC method was used to carry out the risk assessment and determine the risk rating of each risk point.The results show that there are 2 major risks,9 higher risks,9 general risks and 1 low risk.The corresponding technology and management measures for work safety are put forward according to different risks to provide the reference basis and direction for the enterprise management,safety evaluation and so on.
