摘  要:传统三氟乙酸金属有机化学溶液沉积法(TFA-MOD)制备YBa_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7-δ)(YBCO)超导层,Ba倾向于与F结合,从而避免BaCO_(3)的形成。本工作开展了新型基于BaCl_(2)/BaF_(2)途径的化学溶液法生长YBCO超导薄膜的研究。重点研究了添加Cl对YBCO薄膜晶粒取向、微观结构和超导性能的影响,并通过生长反应的热化学计算,分析了BaCl_(2)途径YBCO薄膜的物相转变机制。结果表明:添加Cl有利于抑制a轴晶粒取向,促进c轴晶粒成核。添加Cl的YBCO双层膜起始转变温度(T_(c-onset))没有明显变化,约为89.6 K,其临界电流密度(J_(c))显著提升,J_(c)达到2.07 MA/cm^(2)(77 K,自场)。此外,生长反应过程的物相转变分析表明Cl优先与Ba结合形成BaCl_(2),有效避免BaCO_(3)的形成。本研究结果表明:添加Cl对制备YBCO超导厚膜有促进作用,这为MOD法制备YBCO提供了一种新思路。Conventional trifluoroacetic acid metal organic chemical solution deposition(TFA-MOD)method for the preparation of YBa_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7-δ)(YBCO)superconducting layers follows the BaF_(2)growth mechanism.In this work,a novel chemical solution method based on BaCl_(2)/BaF_(2)pathway for the growth of YBCO superconducting thin films was carried out.The effects of Cl addition on grain orientation,microstructure and superconductivity of YBCO thin films were investigated,and mechanism of the phase transition of YBCO thin films in the BaCl_(2)pathway was explored by thermochemical calculations of the growth reaction.The results show that the Cl addition inhibits a-axis grain orientation and promotes nucleation of c-axis grains.Onset transition temperature(T_(c-onset))of the YBCO_(2)-layer film is about 89.6 K without significant change after Cl addition.But its critical current density(J_(c))is significantly increased to 2.07 MA/cm^(2)(77 K,self-field).Meanwhile,the phase transition of the growth reaction process shows that Cl is preferentially combined with Ba to form BaCl_(2)as much as possible,effectively avoiding the formation of BaCO3.All results of this study indicate that Cl addition facilitates preparation of YBCO superconducting thick films,and provides a new idea for the preparation of YBCO by MOD method.
