摘　　要：体外循环是心脏外科手术中不可或缺的组成部分,但由于其特殊的材质属性,在术中,患者体内的炎性因子、免疫机制等被异常活化,导致炎症反应的发生和加重,而蛋白酶抑制剂乌司他丁能够有效抑制炎性介质的释放和活化。本文就其药理机制、应用现状予以综述,旨在心外围术期内适当给药乌司他丁,对患者术后良性转归起到积极的临床意义。Cardiopulmonary bypass is an indispensable part of cardiac surgery.However,due to its special material properties,inflammatory factors and immune mechanisms in patients are abnormally activated during operation,resulting in the occurrence and aggravation of inflammatory reactions.Ulinastatin,a protease inhibitor,can effectively inhibit the release and activation of inflammatory mediators.This article reviews the pharmacological mechanism and application status of ulinastatin,aiming at giving ulinastatin appropriately during the perioperative period of cardiac surgery,which has positive clinical significance for the benign prognosis of patients after operation.
