摘　　要：针对高速造纸机械对工业造纸毛毯的性能要求,通过优化环形底网织造技术、针刺及双面定型工艺,精确控制经纬纱张力、针刺深度及频率、定性张力等指标,保证造纸毛毯在高速运行时毯面平整、尺寸稳定、回弹性好,能满足造纸机械高速、宽幅、高线压的需要,适合用于牛皮箱板纸、高强瓦楞纸、白卡纸的生产。In view of the performance requirements of high-speed paper making machinery for industrial paper making blankets, by optimizing the loop-type bottom mesh weaving technology, needle-punching and double-sided setting process,accurately controlling the warp and weft yarn tension, needle-punching depth and frequency, qualitative tension and other indicators, to ensure that the paper making blankets have a smooth surface, stable size and good resilience when running at high speed, can meet the needs of high-speed, wide and high line pressure of paper making machinery, and is suitable for the production of kraft cardboard, high-strength corrugated paper and white cardboard.
