摘 要:为探讨粗纱间距对普梳粗支赛络纱性能的影响,文章选用6种不同中心距双孔喇叭口分别纺制29.1 tex的普梳棉纱,并对成纱性能进行测试,同时将所纺纱线与同支数的集聚纺和环锭纺纱线进行对比分析。结果表明:调节双喇叭口中心距改变赛络纺粗纱间距可以改善纱线质量,采用双喇叭口大中心距所纺赛络纱的强伸性能和毛羽与集聚纺纱相当,条干均匀度也较好。In order to explore the effects of roving distance on carded low count Sirospun yarn performance, this paper selects six different distances of double bell mouth to spun 29.1 tex carded cotton Sirospun yarn, and measures properties of yarns, compares and analyzes the condensed spinning and roster spinning yarn with spun yarn and the same branch number. The results show that yarn quality can be improved by adjusting the center distance of double bell mouth and changing the roving distance of Sirospun spinning;the strength and hairiness of carded cotton Sirospun yarn with big distance of double bell mouth are similar with compact spinning yarn, and also have good evenness.
