摘  要:文章通过查阅文献与市场调研,以金属导电纱和纯棉纱为原料,设计开发了一款电磁屏蔽织物。这是一种接结经接结双层织物,手感厚实并具有一定的保暖性,适合用于生产春秋季外衣。其中,经纱以一根金属导电纱、两根纯棉纱、一根金属导电纱、再一根纯棉纱的规律循环。纬纱也同时采用了金属导电纱与纯棉纱,不过是以1∶2∶1的规律循环。由此得到上下层均为金属导电纱与纯棉纱1∶1间隔排列的双层织物。This paper designs and develops an electromagnetic shielding fabric with metal conductive yarn and pure cotton yarn as raw materials through literature review and market research. This is a kind of double-layer fabric with knotted warp and knot,which has a thick feel and certain warmth retention, and is suitable for production of spring and autumn outerwear. Among them,the warp yarn circulates regularly with one metal conductive yarn, two pure cotton yarns, one metal conductive yarn and one pure cotton yarn. The weft yarn also uses metal conductive yarn and pure cotton yarn at the same time, but it circulates in a ratio of 1∶2∶1. Thus the double-layer fabric is obtained and the upper and lower layers are metal conductive yarn and pure cotton yarn arranged at 1∶1 intervals.
