摘 要:为探讨中学生的心理保健水平,采用整群抽样方法对667名中学生进行调查。结果表明,当有心理困惑时,中学生更多地寻求自我调节。困扰中学生最多的项目是“为学习成绩而焦虑”“被同学嘲笑”和“不满意自己的身材或相貌”。受访对象的心理求助态度和心理亚健康状态存在显著的性别差异,积极应对方式、心理求助态度和心理亚健康状态存在显著的年级差异。中学生心理保健认知、积极应对方式与心理求助态度之间呈显著正相关,积极应对方式、心理求助态度与心理亚健康状态之间也呈显著正相关。In order to explore the promotion of mental health care level of middle school students, the study adopts cluster sampling method to investigate 667 middle school students. The results show that more middle school students seek for self-adjustment when they are in mental puzzle. The projects puzzling middle school students most are “being anxiety with learning performance” “being laughed at by students” “not being satisfied with their own stature or appearance”. There is statistically significant difference in mental seeking attitude and mental subhealth situation in different genders. And there is statistically significant difference in positive coping style, mental assistance attitude and mental subhealth situation in different grades. There is positive correlation between mental health cognition of middle school students and positive coping style with mental assistance attitude. And there is significant correlation between positive coping style and mental assistance attitude with mental subhealth situation.
