烟台市2014—2019年大气污染对居民心血管疾病发病的影响及经济损失

摘  要:目的了解烟台市大气污染对居民心血管疾病发病的影响及经济损失情况,为烟台市进一步提高空气质量水平提供科学依据。方法收集烟台市2014—2019年细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))、可吸入颗粒物(PM_(10))、臭氧(O_(3))的日均浓度资料以及烟台市人口资料和经济参数,利用泊松回归比例风险模型定量评估烟台市大气污染物造成心血管疾病发病所致疾病负担,采用修正人力资本法估算大气污染造成的经济损失。结果2014—2019年烟台市主要大气污染物(PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)、O_(3))引起9274名居民心血管疾病发病,归因于大气污染引发心血管疾病发病的人数呈逐年上升趋势,健康经济损失约为919812.31万元,占同年度GDP的0.23%。结论烟台市2014—2019年心血管疾病发病产生的经济损失整体呈增长趋势,PM_(2.5)和PM_(10)造成的经济损失增长趋势平缓,而O_(3)造成的经济损失增长趋势较快。居民心血管疾病的防治仍面临巨大挑战,需要政府进一步加强大气污染防治力度。Objective To discuss the impact of air pollution on cardiovascular diseases and economic loss of residents and provide scientific basis for further improving the air quality level in Yantai.Methods Data were collected of daily air pollutant concentrations of PM_(2.5),PM_(10),O_(3),local census and economic parameters in Yantai from 2014 to 2019.Poisson regression proportional risk model was used to quantitatively assess the burden of cardiovascular diseases caused by air pollutants in Yantai,and the modified human capital method was applied to estimate the economic loss caused by air pollution.Results From 2014 to 2019,Major air pollutants(PM_(2.5),PM_(10),O_(3))caused the incidence of cardiovascular diseases of 9274 residents in Yantai.The number of cardiovascular diseases caused by air pollution increased year by year,the overall economic loss of cardiovascular diseases caused by PM_(2.5),PM_(10)and O_(3)was 9198.1231 million RMB,accounting for 0.23%of the GDP in the same year.Conclusion The economic loss caused by cardiovascular diseases showed an increasing trend in Yantai from 2014 to 2019,economic loss caused by PM_(2.5)and PM_(10)has a gentle growth trend,while that caused by O_(3)has a fast growth trend.The prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in residents still faces great challenges,and the government needs to further strengthen the prevention and control of air pollution.
