摘  要:核电设备自身的抗震能力是评价核级弹簧复位电动执行机构安全可靠性的重要指标,针对核级弹簧复位电动执行机构抗震能力的研究,确定了模拟分析能够有效指导核电设备的研发,为后续核电产品的研发提供了设计思路。抗震分析过程中将除外部壳体以外的零件作为质点来简化模型的计算方法,能够较为准确地反映执行机构的抗震特性,分析结果与试验结果一致。The seismic capacity of nuclear power equipment is an important index to evaluate the safety and reliability of nuclear grade spring return electric actuator.According to the research on the seismic capacity of nuclear grade spring return electric actuator, it is determined that the simulation analysis can effectively guide the research and development of nuclear power equipment and provide design ideas for the subsequent research and development of nuclear power products.In the process of seismic analysis, the parts other than the external shell are used as particles to simplify the model.The calculation method can accurately reflect the seismic characteristics of the actuator, and the analysis results are consistent with the test results.
