摘　　要：经过通用质量特性之间关系的研究,确认各质量特性均直接或间接的与产品故障有关。核级阀门可靠性水平的高低对系统全寿命周期的运行起到决定性的作用。为了提高核级阀门质量,减少系统管路运行全寿命周期内出现的风险,需进行可靠性分析。Through the study of the relationship between the general quality characteristics, it is confirmed that all the quality characteristics are directly or indirectly related to the product failure. The reliability level of nuclear grade valves plays a decisive role in the whole life cycle of the system. In order to improve the quality of nuclear grade valves and reduce the risk in the whole life cycle of pipeline operation, reliability analysis is needed.
