摘 要:电动闸阀是反应堆冷却剂系统的关键设备之一,是浮动式核电站反应堆冷却剂压力边界的关键组成部分,保证压力边界的完整性,在其启闭的过程中往往会产生水锤效应,轻则引起管道的强烈振动,重则拉裂管道弯头焊接口,破坏闸阀结构,丧失闸阀基本功能。本文以某型水上浮动式核电站电动闸阀为研究对象,通过有限元分析软件建立了闸阀的动力学分析模型,通过等效激励的方式模拟了水锤作用效果,探究了在水锤激励作用下闸阀的振动特性,并基于分析结论给出了工程建议,为水锤效应分析及闸阀设计提供了参考。Electric gate valve is one of the key equipment of reactor coolant system and a key component of the reactor coolant pressure boundary in floating nuclear power plant to ensure the integrity of the pressure boundary.In the process of opening and closing,water hammer effect is often produced.If it is light,it will cause strong vibration of the pipeline,if it is heavy,it will crack the welding port of the pipe elbow,damage the gate valve structure and lose the basic function of the gate valve.In this paper,the electric gate valve of a floating nuclear power plant is taken as the research object,the dynamic analysis model of the gate valve is established by finite element analysis software,the effect of water hammer is simulated by equivalent excitation method,and the vibration characteristics of the gate valve under the action of water hammer are explored.Based on the analysis results,engineering suggestions are given,which provide a reference for the analysis of water hammer effect and the design of gate valve.
