摘　　要：介绍了给水泵再循环最小流量阀,并对其故障原因进行分析。分别从多层套筒布孔位置、密封结构、小阀芯密封面尺寸、大阀芯密封面结构等方面,对给水泵再循环最小流量阀进行优化改造,实际使用效果良好。This paper introduces the minimum flow valve of feed pump recirculation and analyzes its failure reasons.The minimum flow valve for recirculation of the feed water pump is optimized and reformed from the aspects of multi-layer sleeve hole location, sealing structure, small valve core sealing surface size, large valve core sealing surface structure, etc.The actual use effect is good.
